About Us

Founded in 1976, Hess Air has grown from humble beginnings into a trusted, full-service HVAC company known for quality, reliability, and expertise. Thanks to the vision and dedication of owner Luis Hess, our team has expanded to 42 employees, with a 2,500-square-foot main office in Alamo, Texas, a satellite location, and two warehouses. We proudly serve residential and commercial customers across Starr, Hidalgo, and Cameron counties, as well as Monterrey, Mexico.

Hess Air offers a comprehensive range of HVAC services, including system repairs, maintenance, sales, and installation of custom-designed systems for both new construction and retrofit projects. We also provide indoor air quality assessments and specialized duct cleaning.

We work with top brands such as Trane, Janitrol, Carrier, Ruud, Payne, Coleman, Water Furnace, and Lennox. As a proud Lennox D-5 dealer and past recipient of the Lennox Centurion and Sharper Image awards, we value our long-standing partnership with Lennox and the ongoing support and training they provide.
